US Shipping
We ship almost all large items via UPS and smaller things via USPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to get your order out. Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out the same business day.
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Address or payment verification can sometimes cause shipping delays. Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

2-4 business days in transit for small-item orders (trucks, wheels, apparel, accessories)*
3-7 business days in transit for bigger items such as Skateboards, Snowboards and Skates (East Coast 2-3 Business Days; Central U.S. 3-4 Business Days; West Coast 5-7 Business Days)*
2-8 business days for super small stuff. (bushings, bearings, hardware etc.)*

Military Addresses
We ship USPS mail to APO and FPO addresses. At "checkout" input your shipping address to receive a shipping cost.

UPS Ground Transit Times (after processing time and item is out the door):
This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times from our Brookline, MA location where most items are shipped from. Please note some items are shipped from other locations. Holiday and weather events can also impact delivery times so watch your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA ONLY)
We offer shipping to Canada on most items but we do not pay the taxes or import fees!
It is important to know that Thuro is not responsible to pay any Duty, Fee, or Tax levied. If these fees are not paid to the broker or to the proper authorities at customs, your package will not be delivered to you. Before placing your order with us, please check with your local customs office for more information on duties, taxes and fees. You will be responsible for all applicable fees once your package has left our facility.
If taxes apply to your country, once the package arrives at customs, you will need to pay your country taxes, duties or fees. These costs are separate from the shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.
