SHIPPING UPDATE

• We ship everyday but only have pick up during business days only. (Monday-Friday)
• We ship everything as quickly as possible but please note processing time is often 3-7 business days. (you will see more current info at check out) Shipping/transit time is additional and dependent on carrier.
• Shipping services are currently experiencing longer-than-usual delivery times. 
• Many USPS air deliveries are now being shipped by ground instead, resulting in delays. We are unable to control which packages are subject to these changes. Shipping progress updates may also be delayed.
• NOTE: We are unable to control scanning practices and shipment transit times by carriers. Please be aware we are noticing packages are not regularly scanned at each receiving area while in transit/switching trucks which affects the tracking detail provided but they will update along the route.

US Shipping

We ship almost all large items via UPS and smaller things via USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get your order out. Express packages are given priority and in most cases, go out the same business day.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Address or payment verification can sometimes cause shipping delays. Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

Shipping Time Estimates* for Items, once picked up by the carrier (usually 3-7 days).

2-4 business days in transit for small-item orders (trucks, wheels, apparel, accessories)*
3-7 business days in transit for bigger items such as Skateboards, Snowboards and Skates (East Coast 2-3 Business Days; Central U.S. 3-4 Business Days; West Coast 5-7 Business Days)*
2-8 business days for super small stuff. (bushings, bearings, hardware etc.)*

Military Addresses
We ship USPS mail to APO and FPO addresses. At "checkout" input your shipping address to receive a shipping cost.

This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times from our Brookline, MA location where most items are shipped from. Please note some items are shipped from other locations. Holiday and weather events can also impact delivery times so watch your tracking number.
