Sales Team Member:
We are currently looking for both full and part time Sales Members at our Brookline, MA location. Team members must provide excellent customer service while offering expert knowledge on the goods we carry and the sports we cater to. Follow through on store operational tasks and maintain a neat, organized store. Represent Thuro in a positive way both in and out of the shop.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Previous retail experiences of at least 6 months preferred
- Knowledge of several action sports preferred (skateboarding, snowboarding, rollerblading, scootering, surfing) and/or the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to accurately operate cash register
- Standing required for entire shift
- Climbing ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product as needed
- Basic social media marketing skills
- Night and weekend availability required.
Assistant Store Manager:
We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to manage and grow our retail operations at our Brookline, MA location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible instore operations as well as regular email correspondence and maintenance. Ideally, the Assistant Manager will strive in a fast paced, hands-on environment while driving organizational goals and will be rewarded with a great work environment and opportunities for growth.
• Excellent computer skills and management experience required.
• Ideal candidate would be a strong communicator, self-directed, motivated and goal oriented.
