Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy: 
Need to Return or Exchange Your Purchase? It's easy!
We love our products and we hope you do as well. However, if you need to exchange or return an item we will gladly work with you to get you what you want.

Here's How it Works:

  • For exchanges of products purchased online or in-store: Contact Us within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, however you may keep any free or promo items that you received with your order. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be issued a store credit for the entire amount spent that can be used towards another item or size.
  • For returns of products purchased online: Contact Us within 14 days of purchase for a refund, letting us know the reason for return. Please note you are responsible for shipping the product back to us including all promotional items you may have received with your purchase. You will be refunded the amount of your original purchase, less cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. If you received free items with your online order,  we expect those items to be returned as well. If not, the value of the item(s) will also be deducted from your refund. Promotional material includes stickers, shirts, or other promo items.
  • For returns of products purchased in-store: Contact Us within 30 days. All returns on in-store purchases will be issued a refund in the form store credit, gift card or exchange.

Notes on returns/exchanges:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show any sign of use, such as scuffs or scratches.
  • No returns on custom items. This includes custom built skates, skateboards, longboards, snowboards, scooters, etc.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned. All sales are final on sale or closeout items.
  • Please note that if you used a gift certificate to make your purchase, the refund amount will go back onto your gift certificate.

Online Orders/Shipping:
Any shipping discrepancies (missing or incorrect items) should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we made a mistake we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and pay any shipping cost to get you the correct item. Wrong Address / Un-deliverable Items / Items Returned To Us

If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-send,  unless we are at fault.


Thuro Shop does not warranty any items.  Warranties will be handled by the manufacturer of the item purchased.
If you require assistance in submitting a claim to the manufacturer, we will do whatever we can to assist and help facilitate your claim to the manufacturer.
In the event you need assistance with a warranty claim, we can connect you or provide you with the appropriate email address/phone/website to submit a claim through the manufacturer. Please be aware that each warranty is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Thuro shop is not responsible for the outcome of any warranty claim.

We assume no liability from the use of any products we sell. By purchasing and/or using the product, you assume all risk, responsibility and liability.
